Equipment Regulations

To ensure pure proficiency, all athletes must adhere to strict footwear guidelines. No carbon-plate assistance or energy-return foams exceeding 40mm stack height are permitted in sanctioned trials.

Metabolic Scoring

Your ranking isn't just about your time. We calculate your "Proficiency Index" by dividing your average velocity by your peak heart rate variability (HRV) during recovery.

Recovery Protocols

Immediate post-race cryotherapy and compression are available for all participants in the Finish Zone. Proper recovery starts before the heartbeat returns to baseline.

At ShuttleProficiency, we treat your biometric data with the same intensity as our races. Every heart rate spike and stride metric is encrypted using high-performance protocols.

Biometric Handling

We do not sell your physiological data to third-party advertisers. Your performance metrics are used solely for ranking, injury prevention analysis, and historical track record verification.

Location Services

In-app GPS tracking is only active during sanctioned sessions. We do not track your movement outside the designated proficiency lanes.

Terms of Engagement

01. Acceptance of Risk

High-energy shuttle running involves extreme physical strain. By participating, you acknowledge that you are in peak physical condition and waive liability for cardiovascular or musculoskeletal incidents occurring on-track.

02. Equipment Compliance

Unauthorized use of mechanical assistance devices, including battery-powered propulsion or illegal spike patterns, will result in immediate lifetime disqualification from the ShuttleProficiency leaderboard.

03. Global Conduct

Athletes must maintain the spirit of 'The Void'. Sabotage of timing lasers or interference with another athlete's lane will be dealt with via immediate removal from the arena.
